- Delta Detection analysis to identify potential correlations
- Resources to facilitate communication with healthcare providers

The Delta Detection feature identifies correlations in your data but does not diagnose conditions or prescribe treatments. Any patterns or insights generated by the Service should be discussed with qualified healthcare providers.

Your use of third-party devices and services is subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of those third parties. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NEURO PATHMAKER LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE DELTA DETECTION FEATURE OR ANY OTHER ANALYTICAL TOOLS WILL IDENTIFY ALL RELEVANT PATTERNS OR THAT ANY IDENTIFIED PATTERNS ARE MEDICALLY SIGNIFICANT.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Neuro Pathmaker LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, we will retain your data for a reasonable period to allow for data export requests, after which it will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Houston, Texas.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Neuro Pathmaker LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
